Blade Runner: Decard's Gun
In the movie Blade Runner (1982), robotic assistants called replicants were developed for off-world use; hazardous, pleasure, and personal assistant duties. Replicants were so life-like, they were indistinguishable from humans, except the replicants had a short lifespan. They, like humans, wanted to live. LAPD of 2019 were the trackers of rogue replicants, and the weapon chosen by Deckard was not standard issued. There is limited information on this device, but with images gleaned, I was able to recreate a facsimile of the weapon.
